Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and details about the specific pouches you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure all pouches are in their original, unopened manufacturer packaging to comply with food safety standards and prevent damage during transit.

  Ship Items Back

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked carrier to send the items back to our central distribution warehouse for inspection.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the condition of the returned goods, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
